1. Do you provide the source codes? Are they encrypted?

Yes, we provide the full source codes - not encrypted. You or developers working for you could modify them or add new features in them if necessary.


2. Can you do the installation on my server / hosting package and how much does it cost?

Yes, we can do the installation on your server or hosting package - it's a free service we offer. To request your free installation, please just contact us and send us either your cPanel user name and password or the ftp and mysql information for your website / hosting package and we'll do it asap for you.


3. Is your price a one-time fee, are there any monthly or other fees in the future

The listed price is a one-time fee, so once paid you could use after that the software for as many years as you wish without paying us any other fees.
The price includes also the full not encrypted source codes, free installation on your host (if you prefer that we do it for you), free powered by removal and free technical support.


4. Can I do the installation myself? Is the installation difficult?

Yes, you can do the installation yourself - the installation isn't difficult and we provide detailed instructions how to do it. The software comes with an integrated web installer, which makes the installation quick and easy - it's only necessary to unzip the files and upload them on your site and then open the web installer, which will create the database, create the configuration file and complete the installation for you.


5. If I choose you to do the installation for me, how fast you can do it?

We always make efforts to do the installation as fast as possible and it's usually done within 1-2 hours maximum after the purchase. In some cases (like if it's requested during the weekend or during the night) this may take a bit longer - please don't hesitate to contact us for details and exact information.


6. What are the agent micro sites and how they can be used?

The agent micro sites are usually available on an URL like www.yourdomain.com/agent-username and showcase only the properties of that particular agent. When a new property is posted, it's automatically added to both the main site and the agent micro site. On their micro sites, the agents can customize the colors, background, add their own logo, edit the content of the pages, add new pages with information etc.
The agent micro sites offer an excellent opportunity for the agents to advertise their property and include this URL for example on their business cards or other advertising material, by increasing in this way also the popularity on the main site.


7. I already have my own design or liked some ready template - can you integrate this template for me?

Yes, we offer custom template integration services, so we can integrate your own design or custom template you liked and customize the website look and feel with it. We can usually prepare also first a demo for you with the new template, in order that you could see a preview and demo of how it will look with our software.
However since the templates can be quite different, if you already have your own design or some ready template in which you may be interested in having integrated, the best is to contact us directly first and show us the template and we could provide you then more details and exact information for the template integration.


8. Is the software multi language? Can I translate it to my own language?

Yes, it's multi language and using a language file. The language file is a text file (it can be edited with whatever text editor) having all the words and phrases showing up on the user interface. So in order to add a new translation, it's necessary to translate this language file. We also have ready translations available, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know the language you may be interested in and we'll get back to you after that with more information for it.


9. What are the script requirements? Are there any requirements for the PHP or MySQL version?

Since the script is written in PHP and using a MySQL database, in order to run it on your server or hosting package, you need to have PHP and MySQL installed on it. There are no specific requirements for the versions, but for both we recommend version 5 or newer. In order to use the SEO URLs feature (it's a configuration option in the admin panel) you need to have also mod_rewrite enabled for your hosting package. Today it's almost impossible to find a Linux shared hosting package not supporting PHP, MySQL and mod_rewrite, but if you have any doubts if your current hosting package have these, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll test it asap for you.


10. How easy it will be for me to change the site colors and logo with my one once I install the site?

Using the special colors management page in the admin panel, you could easily change the site colors with different predefined ones or enter your own custom color code. You can also easily add your logo from the admin panel and change the colors on the site to match the main color of your logo. Or also if you prefer, we'll be happy to do that for you - you could just forward us your logo and we'll add it on the site (and resize it / crop it if necessary first) and adjust the colors to match it, as part of our free technical support.


11. If I choose to get your software, how do you provide the download information?

We send the download information with an email - immediately after making a payment, an email having a download link, setup and other information is sent to your email address. You just need to click the download link in the email and you can download the software and following the instructions, you could install it on your preferred server or hosting package. Please note that if you prefer, we can also do the installation for you - it's a free service we offer and we can do it asap after purchase.


12. Can I add advertisements from Google AdSense or similar systems on the site?

Yes, you could easily add Google AdSense advertisements, by using the special "Google AdSense & Analytics" page in the administration panel - you just need to copy the Google AdSense code and copy it in the corresponding field / position on the website.


13. How much do you charge for customization services I may need for my site?

We offer various customization services available on request, so we can for example make modifications in the default functionality or add new custom features you may need. To provide you an exact quote, we'll need your requirements or any additional information you may send us describing your preferences or customization requests. We'll check after that your requirements and we'll get back to you with an exact cost and time estimation (typically within hours after having your requirements).


14. On your demo site, I have seen some default locations, will be able to change these with the ones of my country?

Yes, using the admin panel and the Settings->Locations page there, you could easily make changes in the default locations or create your own location lists. We also have ready location lists for most of the countries in the list, which we can provide asap and for free - to check the locations we can provide for your country, you could just contact us and we'll forward you asap after that the ready list we have.


15. What are the differences between the private seller users and the real estate agents?

The private sellers usually have just one property for sale - they could quickly submit their property using the Submit Property on the website, without having to register if they don't prefer that. For the private sellers, the administrator can also create special one listing packages, which can differ for example on the number of allowed photos, video, featured status and have different pricing, so the users can choose the listing package they prefer.
The real estate agents usually have much more properties to list and they could register and then use the agent administration panel to post and manage their properties. This gives them the convenience to have all their properties at one place and be able to easily manage them and edit their information. In their admin panel they have also additional features like having and editing their micro site, create additional agent accounts and others. For the real estate agents the administrator can create subscriptions including more listings and charge the agents a monthly fee depending on the subscription they select or choose to charge them with credits (the agents buy credits and re charged then in credits when using the different services offered on the site like posting ads, make them featured, post banners).


16. Are the URLs on the website SEO friendly?

Yes, the software includes a built-in functionality for SEO friendly URLs - it can can be activated from the Settings->Configuration options page.


17. Am I able to change the currency shown on the site and set the one of my country?

Yes, you could easily change the currency from the admin panel and the Payments->Settings page and set the currency of your country you wish. If you need help when doing that or have any other questions or remarks during your site configuration, you are always welcome to contact our support team and we'll do our best to help you as part of the free technical support we provide.


18. How many ads the system can support - can it support for example 1 million listings?

The database, which is used - MySQL is very capable of handling data tables with millions records in it. We also tried to use simple and optimized queries in order to make the site run fast even with high number of listings. An exact number of listings is however hard to tell, because that usually depends a lot on the server on which the site is hosted, if it's on a shared hosting package or dedicated server, how powerful it is in terms of CPU, RAM and other factors.


19. I may need to change some words or texts in the interface for my project - will be able to do that from the admin panel?

Yes, the administration panel includes a special page (Website->Texts & Words) providing access and allowing to edit easily all texts and words shown in interface on the front-end and user admin panels. So you can change from their any words you prefer or edit the translation and click on Save when ready, which will instantly save the changes and make them visible on the site.


20. My host has disabled the email sending as an anti-spam measure, will the site still be able to send emails to the users?

The configuration options page in the admin panel allows you to configure an external SMTP server to send the emails. If for example you have a gmail account, you can configure the Google's SMTP server (or any other email server you may prefer) to send the emails and in this to not depend on your host email restrictions and the site to still be able to send successfully emails to the users.


21. Is it possible for me as administrator to manually approve the listings posted on the website?

Yes, we have a setting allowing you to set if the listings posted on the site should be approved manually or automatically, so if you prefer you can manually approve the listings or users or deactivate or delete any of them at any moment.


22. Can you provide me a ready translation of the software to my language?

We have different ready translations, which can provide for free on request. To check if we already have the translation in the language you may be interested in, please just contact us and we'll get back to you asap after that with detailed information.
