Global categories and user defined product categories

There are 2 types of product categories in PHP Mall - global categories (which can be seen on the home page of the mall) and user defined (they are created by the vendors and can be seen on their stores).

To give an example - let's suppose there is a global category "Pants"
and a merchant is selling jeans, for example Jeans Levi's, Jeans
Calvin Klein etc.
So on his store, the merchant can create categories "Levi's", "Calvin Klein" etc. categories specific for his store. When adding a new product, for example a pair of Levi's jeans, he can select for it Category: "Levi's" and Global Category: "Pants".
Other merchants selling pants also can add products in this global category while they still have the possibility to define their own
categories according to the specific products they sell on their stores.

To edit the global categories (displayed on the home page of the mall) the administrator has to either (depending on the version) paste the new list in /include/categories_en.php (it's a text file, one category per line) or paste the new list on Stores->Categories page in the admin panel.
The user defined categories can be set by the merchants from the Products->Categories page in their admin panel.
