Thas dashboard of the DB Backup Tools shows the list of databases and you can also see the date and time when the last backup is made. 

If the database is colored in green, this means a backup of it was made within the last 7 days. If it's in blue then a backup was made within the last 30 days and if it's in lila, then no backup of this database was made previously.

Please note that the screen will show all the database for which the MySQL user you have set in the configuration (from the Settings page) has access permissions and not all databases on the server in total - to make another database show up, you could simply give permissions to the user for it.

In order to create a new backup of the database, you need to click on the database name and this will take you to the export page where you'll be able to specify if you would like to download the backup as .sql or .zip file and if you wish to be sent to you also to your email address and if you would like to keep a copy of the backup in the history (so you may keep like that more backup versions of one database).
