Administration Panel

• see a dashboard with statistics about the number of posted listings, listings waiting approval, list with the last registered agencies and last posted listings and chart for the listings by date

• manage the received contact messages, reply or delete them

• see a log-in report showing information about the admin users log in, their IP address and date of the log in

• functionality to change the admin panel password

• approve the new listings posted by the users (if the site is configured to require a manual approval from the administrator)

• manage the real estate listings posted by the users, delete them or edit their information (like listing title, description, location, price, property features and others)

• see and manage the list with the registered agencies – delete or edit their information like agency name, email, phone, website, contact person first and last names and others

• manage the registered private sellers / users on the site

• create banner zones on the site by specifying their position, supported banner size (width and height), total number of allowed banners, day valid, price and others and allow the users to upload later their banners in them for a fee

• modify the meta tags of the pages, enter custom meta titles, meta descriptions or keywords

• set custom php extensions to be executed for the pages

• add new custom pages to the website

• manage separately the website pages for the different languages

• deactivate or activate the main site pages

• set a page of the main site to show only in the bottom menu or not

Real Estate Agents Panel

• see a dashboard showing the last received contact messages, last posted properties and having shortcuts to the main pages of the real estate agents administration panel

• see the current subscription (pricing plan) and upgrade it to another allowing more listings etc.

• edit the password used to access the administration panel

• reply or deleted the received contact messages sent by users interested in the agent's properties

• add different sub users (agents) to the main account or different agents to the main agency, set their name, email, phone, profile picture, description and others

• set the access permissions for the different sub users and check the pages for which the selected sub user (agent of the real estate agency) should have access like posting properties or replying messages etc.

• post new property listings on the site by filling different fields like property location, size, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, property amenities and others

• add a Google Map to the property listings

• add new custom fields for the property listings by entering the new field name and value

• add an YouTube video to be shown on the property details page

• choose to make a property featured (showing on top of the search results and / or with special background) or not – the administrator can charge for featured properties based on subscriptions or credits

• edit the current listings and their information

• see the expired listings on the site and choose to reactivate them

• post banners on the website (in the special banner zones defined by the administrator)

• edit the profile information like agency name, phone, email, address, contact person first and last names and others

• modify and upload the logo of the agency

• edit the contact settings and set if the agency's phone or website should be visible on the listing details page

• edit the agency's micro site and pages (the micro site is a mini website available on domain.com/[agency_username] or agency_username.domain.com showing only the properties of this particular agency , so they can advertise this url, include it in their business cards etc.)

• modify the SEO tags for the micro site pages like the pages meta titles, description and keywords

• add new custom pages to the micro site

• rename or delete any of the existing micro site pages

• change the position in the site of the different pages in the micro site and move them up and down

• post news on the micro site by entering the news title and texts, to be shown later on the News page on the micro site

• modify the micro site colors – choose an accent color or background image
