New improved front site design featuring new sections like Featured Agents (the agents are able to upload in it their logo for a fee and link it to their properties on the website), Featured Video Property (a random property from the featured ones on the website and having video file uploaded is shown), Real Estate Quick Links (allowing to click on a location and list the property in it or it can be also replaced by clickable map), Latest Ads (showing the latest ads posted on the website), Featured Properties For Sale (showing random featured properties, a property can be made featured for a fee).
Multi level locations and AJAX form
New functionality allowing to define multi level locations, like Country -> State -> City -> Quarter.

Possibility to upload video files for the properties - virtual tours or video property presentations. The accepted video file formats as well as the maximum allowed file size can be specified by the administrator. The administrator can also create different packages (for both the private sellers and the real estate agents) allowing to upload (or not) a video property file. In this way the administrator/website owner could charge more the users who would like to post a video for their property on the website.
Improved middle and final results layout
New and improved middle and final results layout allowing to easily navigate between the results and show the property features.
New functionality allowing the website users to save their searches. The functionality doesn't require registration so any website user could use it.
Using the saved searches, later the users could easily visualize the results from searches they made in the past. They also have the possibility to search only the new properties - the newly posted properties which have been published after the search has been saved.
Google Maps integration
This new feature allows the users to enter the coordinates of the property they are selling or letting, which will show automatically after that a Google map on the page showing the detailed property information. This helps the visitors of the website to easily locate the property.
Improved user admin spaces
New improved agents and private sellers admin spaces. The agents could see in the top bar the number of credits they have, as well as direct links to the main website and their own website (the new feature allowing the agents to create a website, add the pages and information they prefer and which shows their listed properties)
Better system for charging the users based on credits
New and better system for charging the agents based on credits has been added. The agents can buy credits and then use them to pay for the different services offered on the website like posting ads, make them featured, post banners. The usage of the credits system increases the profits for the website owner, as well as make the website easier for use by the agents. Instead of making multiple small payments when they would like to use a service, they could purchase credits and spend them after for paying when posting ads etc.
New functionality allowing the real estate agents to post banners in special banner areas created by the administrator. Possibility to create different banner areas on the website, each with its own size and position, different price for uploading a banner in it etc.
The agent is charged automatically from his credits when posting a banner in a selected banner area.
Unique feature allowing the agents to create an maintain their own websites
A new unique feature has been added to the real estate portal - it allows the agents to create their own website with url like www.domain.com/agent . This website not only lists the properties of the agent, but also gives him the possibility to add additional information and new pages like About Us or whatever the agent prefers. There is also functionality allowing the agent to edit his website design and template - there are both WYSIWYG templates edit and option to edit directly the HTML code of the template. The agent can in this way freely customize the design of his website adding his logo, changing colors etc.
Adding new pages to the website is as easy as dragging the icon for a new page over the desired position in the website tree.
Real Estate Agents Sub Accounts
The real estate agents already have the possibility to create sub accounts for their accounts. They can be useful if other people from the same company have to access the same profile and manage the property listings or information.The main user can set the permissions for the different pages available in the real estate agents admin space, so he could specify the permissions which sub account should have.
Improved admin panel
The admin panel has been reorganized and improved and also new pages have been added in order to allow to manage the new functionality (like managing the credits system and settings, the default settings for the for the users websites etc.)
The new newsletter functionality allows the administrator to send newsletter to the private sellers or real estate agents. The users can choose to subscribe for the newsletter when they sign up on the website and then change this setting from their personal admin space.
