New settings to control the quality of the uploaded images, watermark, size and compression of the thumbnails and others

With the new page added in the admin panel and settings available on it, the administrator can now manage easier the size and quality of the compressed images on the site, configure an watermark to be added on the uploaded photos and also manage the size and quality of the generated image thumbnails.
