Refund Policy and Installation Guarantee

Since 2003, NetArt Media has helped many customers launch their websites, and most of them stay happy with their purchase for years. You get the complete, unencrypted source code, free installation and support, so our goal is simple: your script must be up and running on your hosting.

Our installation guarantee. If our technical team cannot install and configure the script you bought on your web server, we refund 100% of the price, no questions asked.

1. How it works

Our products are digital goods. After your order we send you the download and, if you wish, our engineers install the script on your hosting for free, usually within a few hours on business days. Because you receive the full source code, a script cannot be "returned" once it has been delivered and installed, and this is why we offer the installation guarantee above.

2. When we refund

We refund the full price if our team fails to complete the installation of the script on your host. If your hosting meets the requirements listed on the product page, this almost never happens, and if there is a problem we will work with you and your hosting provider until it is solved.

3. Before you buy

Try the live demo: every product has one, including the admin panel. It is the best way to see if the script fits your project.
Ask us about features: if you are not sure that something is included, write to us before ordering. If it is missing, we can often add it as custom development.
Check your hosting: a standard PHP and MySQL hosting is enough. If you are unsure, send us the details and we will confirm.

4. After the installation

Once the script is installed and working on your server, the sale is final, but we are still here: support is included, and if something does not work as it should, we will help you fix it.

5. Business purchases

NetArt Media sells software mainly for business use (B2B), so the consumer "cooling-off" periods for retail goods do not apply to these commercial licenses once delivery has started.
