Refund & Installation Guarantee

At NetArt Media, we take pride in the quality of our software and our commitment to your success. Because we provide 100% unencrypted source code, our refund policy is designed to protect our intellectual property while ensuring you receive a working solution.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

Our products are "Digital Goods" delivered via download or server installation. Unlike physical products, digital software containing source code cannot be "returned." Once you have gained access to the source code, the value of the product has been delivered.

2. When a Refund is Applicable

A full refund will be issued if:

• The software is found to have a major technical defect that our team cannot repair within a reasonable timeframe.
• Your hosting environment meets our stated Technical Requirements, yet we are unable to successfully complete the installation for you.
• The product was purchased by mistake and the source code has not yet been downloaded or installed on your server.

3. When a Refund is Not Applicable

To prevent "Source Code Poaching" and protect our developers, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of Mind: We provide extensive live demos for every product. Please test the demo thoroughly before purchase.
• Feature Misunderstanding: If a specific feature is not mentioned in our documentation or visible in the demo, do not assume it exists. Contact us for custom development instead.
• Post-Installation: Once the script is installed on your server and confirmed functional, the sale is final.
• Server Incompatibility: If you use a hosting provider that does not meet the minimum requirements (e.g. no PHP or MySQL) and refuse to switch to a compatible host.

4. B2B Transactions

NetArt Media provides software primarily for business use (B2B). By purchasing our software, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a business tool. As such, standard consumer "cooling-off" periods for retail goods do not apply to these commercial licenses.

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage all customers to contact our support team first if they encounter issues. We are engineers; we prefer solving technical problems over processing refunds. In the event of an unauthorized "chargeback" via PayPal or Credit Card after a successful installation, we will provide the payment processor with proof of work and server logs as evidence of product delivery.
