Terms of use.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website and buying our software, you agree to these Terms of Use and to all applicable laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. You are responsible for complying with the local laws that apply to you.

2. Software license

When you buy a NetArt Media script, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software as follows:

• Standard license: installation and use on one (1) domain. Using the software on more domains requires additional licenses.
• Enterprise license: installation and use on unlimited domains that you own or manage, which makes it the right choice for web agencies and developers.

You may not resell, lease, sub-license or redistribute the source code of our scripts as a standalone product. The full terms are in the software license agreement.

3. Intellectual property

The software, including the PHP code, data structures and documentation, is the intellectual property of NetArt Media. You receive the complete, unencrypted source code so you can customize it, but the copyright remains with NetArt Media.

4. Refunds and digital delivery

Our products are digital goods that include the full, unencrypted source code. Refunds are therefore limited to the cases described in our refund policy, including our installation guarantee.

Please explore our live demos thoroughly before you buy, to make sure the software meets the needs of your project. By buying, you confirm that you have tested the demo.

5. Installation and support

Free installation: we install each license once, free of charge, on your preferred hosting. For this we need temporary access to your FTP or hosting control panel.

Technical support: we provide free technical support for issues directly related to the original software code. Support does not cover problems caused by changes made by third parties or by server misconfiguration.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

NetArt Media software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the software is free of errors or that it works on every server environment, although we aim for the widest possible compatibility.

7. Limitation of liability

In no event shall NetArt Media or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our software or the materials on this website, even if we have been told about the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing law

Any claim relating to NetArt Media software or this website is governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Legal disputes are settled by the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
