By accessing this website and purchasing our software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws in Bulgaria and the European Union, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
Upon purchase of a NetArt Media script, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the following tiers:
Allows for the installation and use of the software on one (1) single domain. Use on additional domains requires the purchase of further licenses.
Allows for the installation and use of the software on unlimited domains owned or managed by the licensee. This is ideal for web agencies and developers.
Restrictions: You may not resell, lease, sub-license, or redistribute the source code of our scripts as a standalone product.
The software, including but not limited to the PHP code, XML structures, and documentation, is the intellectual property of NetArt Media. While you are provided with 100% unencrypted source code for customization purposes, the copyright remains with NetArt Media.
Due to the nature of digital goods (non-tangible irrevocable software) and the fact that we provide the full unencrypted source code, all sales are final.
We encourage all customers to explore our Online Demos thoroughly before purchase to ensure the software meets their project requirements. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have tested the demo and are satisfied with the current functionality.
NetArt Media software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our software will be 100% free of errors or that it will function perfectly on all server environments, though we strive for maximum compatibility.
In no event shall NetArt Media or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on NetArt Media's website, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Any claim relating to NetArt Media’s software or website shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be settled in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
