How we protect the personal data of our visitors and customers, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are
NetArt Media ("we", "us"), based in Sofia, Bulgaria (EU), is the data controller for the information collected through this website.
2. Data we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your questions, deliver our software and support you:
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the product you ask about and your message.
- Orders: your name, email, phone, country, city, optional company and VAT number, the products and licenses you order, your domain and your chosen payment method.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser type, recorded with form submissions for security and fraud prevention.
- Support correspondence: our emails with you about your request or order.
We do not store card numbers. Card and PayPal payments are processed by our payment partner FastSpring (and by PayPal), which are PCI-compliant.
3. Why we use your data (legal basis)
- Contract: to process your order, deliver the software and provide the free installation.
- Legal obligation: to meet Bulgarian tax and accounting rules, for example keeping invoices for 10 years.
- Legitimate interests: to answer your messages, provide technical support, prevent spam and fraud, and tell you about important security updates for your scripts.
4. How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and at most 3 years. Order records and invoices are kept as long as accounting law requires. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
5. Your website's data stays yours
Our scripts are self-hosted. NetArt Media has no access to the data your website collects from its users: your database is on your server, and our code does not send any information back to us. You are the data controller for your own website's users. Read more on our GDPR page.
6. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with providers we need to run our business:
- Payment providers (FastSpring, PayPal, our bank) to process your payment;
- our hosting and email providers, to run this website and send our replies;
- authorities, only when Bulgarian law requires it or to protect against fraud.
7. Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you use the contact or order form, one essential session cookie protects the form against misuse; it is deleted when you close your browser.
To display our fonts, your browser loads them from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. The video on the combine scripts page is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Live demos are hosted on our own demo servers.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- erase your data (except what tax law requires us to keep);
- give you your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
- stop using your data for direct marketing, or object to other processing.
