Yes, we provide the full source codes - not encrypted. This means that you or developers working for you could make modifications in them or add new features if required for your project. Please note that we also offer customization and custom development services, so you can also contact us should you need any changes in the basic functionality or new features added for you.

Yes, we can do the installation on your server or hosting package and this is a free service that we offer. To request your free installation, please contact us before or after you have purchased the software. In order to do the installation for you, we'll need the ftp information for your website or if you have a hosting package control panel like cPanel or similar and is easier for you, you could send us instead the username and password for it.

Currently CV Bank supports 3 different charging modes and as administrator you can choose the mode you prefer from the administration panel and the Payments->Settings page in it. Alternatively if you wish, you may also run a site free for the users or start for example with a free site and later at any moment switch to a paid site.
The 3 currently supported modes to choose from are:
- based on credits
- using packages
- direct payments

If you choose the option to charge the employers based on credits, then the employers should buy credits (using one of the available payment options, such as PayPal with IPN, 2checkout, cheques and bank transfer), for example 100 credits and then be charged 1 credit every time they open a full CV on the site. After they spend the number of credits bought initially, they can buy a new number of credits they prefer. As administrator you can set the price of the credits and see and manage the number of credits the users have currently.

When choosing packages mode, you can create different packages including a different number of CVs / resumes, for example a package including the access to 20 CVs. If an employer buys such package, he will be able to open 20 CVs with it and then he will need to buy another package to be able to open more.

When setting the direct payments option (3rd method) - you can set the price per CV, so when opening a CV, the employer will directly see then a PayPal icon (or other option depending on the ones you have configured) redirecting him to make his payment.

There is also an option to run a free site and with it the users can use freely the different services without being asked to make a payment. You can also switch at any time between the different payment options from the administration panel.

Since the script is written in PHP, it requires PHP version 5.4 or newer to run and MySQL version 5.0 or newer. Today nearly all shared hosting packages support PHP and MySQL by default, but if you have any doubts if your current hosting package has these, please don't hesitate to contact us and we can check this that for you. You can also check in the footer menu of the site some hosting packages we use to recommend or contact us for any additional information or details.

Yes, our price is a one-time fee, so once paid you could use it after for as many years as you want without paying any other fees.

We tried to make the installation as easy as possible and many of our customers prefer to do it themselves. The software comes with an integrated web installer, which makes the installation easy - you only need to upload the files on your hosting package and run the web installer, which will create the database and configuration file for you.

We always make efforts to do the installation as fast as possible and it's usually done within 1-2 hours after the purchase. In some rare cases this may take longer, please don't hesitate to contact us for details and more information.

Yes, our technical support team can be also contacted in Spanish and French languages. Please note that depending on the hour of day, our phone support could be limited to only the English language (the other languages are always supported for our email and ticket system supports ).

Currently the job seekers can use any of the available 4 options to create their CV - upload it as file, use the visual resume editor, use the CV text editor or use the resume creator option. They can also use more than one option like for example to upload their resume as file and also create it with the website resume editor, which will improve their chances for their resume to be easily found by the employers.
When using the visual resume editor, the job seekers see a preview of their resume and click directly on it to edit the different sections like work history, education etc.
The job seekers can also upload their resume as a file (the content of the files - pdf, doc, docx, rtf is scanned and indexed as text in the database, so it becomes searchable after that) or choose between an online resume creator or the resume text editor. When using the resume creator the job seeker will be asked to fill the information for his work history, education etc. in multiple fields. Even that it could take a bit more time to create the resume using this option, it's recommended because the employers have a better chance to find the resume - the different fields in the resume will be searchable. When using the rich text editor, the job seeker can write and format the text of his resume or directly paste it as rich text. The employers will be able to search by keyword in the text of the resume. Using this option is faster but it gives a worse chance that the resume will be found when the employers make searches.

Yes, all these settings can be changed easily from the administration panel, so you can set the ones used in your country.

Yes, both products can be combined either on the same website or on different websites or different folders. When they are used on the same website, it can be possible to take the maximum features from both - so for example except for forms for searching jobs the main site can also have forms for searching the resumes, show a featured job seekers section and others. The only difference is that the Standard version can be used on one domain name (which you can change at any moment, at no extra fee), while the Enterprise can be used on an unlimited number of websites. Otherwise the functionality for both is the same.

Yes, you can upgrade at any moment by only paying the difference.
