This new functionality shows to the users suggestions for the locations when typing in the Location search box (depending on the location list set by the administrator in the administration panel).

Multi-currencies configuration
The administrator can now choose to run a multi-currency website, enter the different currencies with their name, symbol and exchange rate and let the users choose a currency when adding a new property listing and entering the price.

This new functionality allows the website visitors to select a country from and center the map and available property listings on this country.

The new GDPR settings allow the administrator to turn on cookies consent messages and ask the users permissions to store and process their data in order to comply with the European Union data privacy regulations

Other improvements
Some of the other new improvements include the functionality to enter the owner details visible only to the agents, possibility to add a reference number for the properties, functionality to send activation code when the users register and others.

Other new features added in the latest versions
A new back-end for the real estate agents
The administration panel for the real estate agents is now with a completely different and improved layout. It provides quick access to the pages allowing the agents to manage easily their properties and profile settings. Also now when the administrator changes the website colors, this reflects the colors also in the agent's admin panel and makes it use the same like the main site.

New functionality for the real estate agencies to create and add agent accounts to their profile
The real estate agencies (main user account) now have the possibility to create and add additional real estate agent accounts with their own username, password and profile information. Every such real estate agent is able to log in with his own username and to list and manage his own properties-the list of agents for every agency shows up on the main site, when opening the agency details page. Also for every real estate agent / sub account, the main user can set to which other pages in the agent admin panel he should have access to (in this way it's possible to give different permissions for the different agents and allow or deny them access to selected pages).

Improved micro-sites functionality for the agents
There are now more options added including the functionality now to change the colors and background of their microsite. The micro-sites are usually accessible on domain.com/agent-username and showcase the properties only of that particular agent and offer a way for the agent to advertise his properties, by including his micro-site url on his business card and other advertisement material.

Improved property types management functionality
We have redone the functionality for adding new property types, add new ones on the site and edit the existing ones to make it now easier to use and offer new options. For the new types the administrator is also able to add new custom fields directly from the admin panel and without editing the sources and also set the property features for them.

New functionality to change the website colors
This new functionality allows the administrator to quickly change the website accent colors by selecting one of the predefined colors or entering his own custom color code. He can also change the website background image, logo, customize the home slider and others.

This new page allows to browse by map the property listings on the site. In the side column it also includes different filters, so the users can search and filter the results shown on the map.

The new Agents page shows the registered real estate agencies on the website like a directory - the users can browse them, search by name, read their reviews, see their agents and latest listings, address and map and others.

This new functionality allows the administrator to easily edit the texts and messages showing up in the user interface, on the front end pages and the agent admin panel and in this way to customize all texts and words on the site.
