• Q1. Can I do the installation myself? Is the installation difficult?

  Yes, you can do the installation yourself and this is actually what most of our customers prefer. The software comes with an integrated web installer, which makes the installation easy - you only need to upload the files on your hosting package and run the web installer, which will create the database and configuration file for you.

• Q2. Can I combine Jobs Portal with the CV Bank you offer?

  Yes, both products can be combined either on the same website or on different websites or different folders. When they are used on the same website, it can be possible to take the maximum features from both - so for example except of forms for searching jobs the main site can also have forms for searching the resumes, show a featured job seekers section and others. • Q3. What kind of job feeds do you support? What are the benefits of turning them on on my website?

  The following job feeds come by default and are integrated with the software-Indeed, SimplyHired and CareerJet. It's up to you to choose the one you prefer to show on your website and there is also functionality allowing to mix the different fields to create unique job resuts sets.
  
  The benefits of using the feeds could be to attract new users (since it's more likely for new job seekers to sign up on your website or an employer to pay to post his jobs on your website, if there are already thousands of other jobs on it and it doesn't look empty) and it's also great for SEO (since at the moment you launch your website, you already have a lot of content and jobs grouped by categories and locations, so all this content will be indexed by search engines and drive traffic to your website).

• Q4. If I choose you to do the installation for me, how fast you can do it?

  We always make efforts to do the installation as fast as possible and it's usually done within 1-2 hours after the purchase. In some rare cases this may take longer, please don't hesitate to contact us for details and more information.

• Q5. Do you provide the source codes? Are they encrypted?

  Yes, we provide the source codes-not encrypted. This means that you or developers working for you could make modifications in them or add additional functionality if necessary.

• Q6. What options have the job seekers to create online their resume?

  The job seekers can upload their resume as a file (the content of the files-pdf, doc, docx, rtf is scanned and indexed as text in the database, so it becomes searchable after that) or choose between an online resume creator or the resume text editor. When using the resume creator the job seeker will be asked to fill the information for his work history, education etc. in multiple fields. Even that it could take a bit more time to create the resume using this option, it's recommended because the employers have a better chance to find the resume - the different fields in the resume will be searchable. When using the rich text editor, the job seeker can write and format the text of his resume or directly paste it as rich text. The employers will be able to search by keyword in the text of the resume. Using this option is faster but it gives a worse chance that the resume will be found when the employers make searches.

• Q8. Which payment options do you accept for the software?

  We primarily offer online payment options such as credit card and PayPal. In addition to these, we are open to accepting various other payment methods including most cryptocurrencies, wire transfer, Revolut, Western Union, Bitcoin, and more. If you prefer to use a payment method not currently listed on our website, please feel free to reach out to us for further information.

• Q9. What are the different options / charging modes to charge the employers or recruiting companies for posting jobs on my site or using the other services?

  Currently Jobs Portal have 4 different charging modes (which can be easily switched from the administration panel and the Payments section there) or alternatively the administrator can choose to run also a free site for the users.
  - based on subscriptions / recurring payments
  - based on credits
  - using job listing packages
  - direct payments
  
  
  When you choose the subscriptions option you can create different subscriptions, for example:
  - subscription #1 with price: $19.90 / mo allowing up to 25 listings, 0 banners and 0 featured listings (so the user selecting this subscription will pay $19.90 monthly fee with PayPal recurring payments and will be able to list up to 25 listings .. when he reaches this number, he will be asked to upgrade his subscription in order to be able to list more)
  - subscription #2 with price let say: $49.90 allowing up to 500 listings, 1 banner and 10 featured listings etc.
  So you may have as many subscriptions and set whatever pricing you prefer.
  
  If you choose the second option to charge the employers based on credits, then the employers should buy credits (using one of the available payment options, such as PayPal with IPN, 2checkout, cheques and bank transfer) and after that they use these credits to pay for the services for the website. The advantage of this system is that since there are services for which the employers are charged very little amounts (like for example to open a jobseeker resume using the Search in the database with resumes functionality), they don't have to be redirected to external websites and make payments for such little amounts. Currently the employers can be charged when they use any of the following services:post job ads make selected job ads featured (they appear on top of the search results and appear with yellow background) upload job banners in different banner areas (the banner areas, their position, size of the banners and their price is set by the administrator)-the banners can be linked to the current job ads of the employer or an external link browse the database with the jobseeker resumes (the administrator can set a price for this service, per one resume opening)
  
  When choosing the 3rd method-the job listing packages, you can create different packages including a different number of jobs, featured jobs and resume views with different prices. The employers can buy them (one-time payment) and then use these packages when posting the jobs etc. If an employer has purchased more than one package, when posting a job he will be able to select which package he prefers to be used.
  
  When setting the direct payments option (4rd method)-you can set the price per job, featured job or resume view, so when posting a job the employer will directly see then a PayPal icon (or other option depending on the ones you have configured) to make his payment.
  
  There is also an option to run a free site and with it the users can use freely the different services wihtout being asked to make a payment. You can also switch at any time between the different payment options from the administration panel.

• Q10. What are the differences between the Standard (one domain) version and the Enterprise (unlimited domains)?

  The only difference is that the Standard version can be used on one domain name (which you can change at any moment, at no extra fee), while the Enterprise can be used on unlimited number of websites. Otherwise the functionality for both is the same.

• Q11. Do you offer customization services, can you add some custom features on my website?

  Yes, we offer vairous customization and custom development services-please don't hesitate to contact us and send us the requirements you may have and we'll get back to you asap after that with detailed information like if we can do them for you, how fast, the cost estimation etc.

• Q12. Is your price a one-time fee, or are there any additional monthly or other fees?

  The price for our software solutions is a one-time fee. Once paid, you can use the software for as many years as you want without paying any other fees.

• Q13. What are the script requirements? Are there any requirements for the PHP or MySQL version?

  Since the script is written in PHP, in order to run it on your server or hosting package, you need to have PHP and MySQL installed on on it, versions 5.2+or higher (working fine with PHP 7+). Today it's almost impossible to find a Linux shared hosting package not supporting PHP, but if you have any doubts if your current hosting package have these, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll test it asap for you.

• Q14. Can I first purchase the one domain version and later upgrade to the unlimited domains one?

  Yes, you can upgrade at any moment by only paying the difference.

• Q15. Can I change the currency, date format and time on the website?

  Yes, all these are settings can be changed easily from the administration panel, so you can set the ones used in your country.

• Q16. Can you do the installation on my server / hosting package and how much does it cost?

  Yes, we can do the installation on your server or hosting package and this is a free service that we offer. To request your free installation, please contact us before or after you have purchased the software. In order to do the installation for you, we'll need the ftp information for your website or if you have a hosting package control panel like CPanel or similar and is easier for you, you could send us instead the username and password for it.

• Q17. Do you provide technical support in other languages except English?

  Yes, our technical support team can be also contacted in Spanish and French languages. Please note that depending on the hour of day, our phone support could be limited to only the English language (the other languages are always supported for our email and ticket system supports).

• Q18. I don't like the categories or locations I have seen on your demos, can I change them with my own ones or the ones of my country?

  Yes, the categories and locations can be changed easily from the administration panel, so you as administrator are free to set whatever categories or locations you may prefer. We have also ready locations list for many of the countries in the world, that we can provide for free on request (please don't hesitate to contact us for details).

• Q19. How can I monetize my job site?

  The website powered by Jobs Portal offers different possibilities to make money like for example:
  -choose one of the 4 available modes to charge the employers (job listing packages, subscriptions, credits or direct payments-see details below) and charge them accordingly when using the different site services
  -charge fees to the users when uploading banners on the website (the administrator can create different banner zones, set different banner sizes and banner prices for them)
  -charge fees to the employers when posting jobs
  -charge subscription fees to the recruiting companies
  -charge fees when making a job featured (the featured jobs show in the special featured jobs section and also always on top of the search results)
  -charge fees when searching in the database with job seeker resumes and opening / saving resumes from there
  -earn commissions from Indeed, SimplyHired and the other job feed systems integrated with Jobs Portal for showing their jobs on your site
  -earn money from adding other advertisements on the website like Google AdSense and similar
