Imagine owning a job board like the big names: thousands of jobs, smart search, resumes, employers paying to post. Meet Jobs Portal: a complete, ready-to-launch job board platform. In the next few minutes I will walk you through every part of it: the public website, the jobseeker area, the employer area, and the powerful admin panel.
Jobs Portal gives you three complete experiences: one for jobseekers, one for employers, and one for you, the owner. It has artificial intelligence built in, it speaks multiple languages, and it gives you several different ways to make money from day one. Here is our tour.
First the public website. Then the jobseeker panel. Then the employer panel.
And finally the admin panel where you run the whole business.
0:48 The Public Website
Part one: the public website. This is the first impression, and it is designed to turn visitors into registered users. The homepage opens with a big, clean search box.
Visitors can search the classic way, or describe the job they want in plain language and let the AI find it. Live counters for employers and open positions build trust immediately, and everything, from your logo to your colors, is controlled from the admin panel. The search results page gives jobseekers everything they need: filters for category, location, job type, date and salary, rich result cards with company logos, and the ability to shortlist and share jobs.
Every job has its own beautiful page with a prominent apply button, similar-job suggestions to keep people browsing, and structured data so your listings are ready to appear in Google search results. Employers get a searchable company directory and a branded profile page, with their description, details and all their open jobs. Great for employers, and great for the SEO of your site.
Visitors can also browse by category or by location. Featured categories use beautiful images, job counts show where the opportunities are, and you manage the full category and location trees yourself. This is where Jobs Portal stands apart.
Jobseekers can describe what they want in their own words. They can even upload a resume, and the system reads it, extracts the skills and ranks the open jobs by how well they match. Your visitors get an experience the big job boards charge for.
Signing up is quick. Jobseekers can upload their resume while registering. Employers choose between a direct employer or a recruitment agency account.
Anyone can create an email job alert, even without an account. Optional email validation, captcha and manual approval keep spam out. The whole website is responsive and looks great on phones.
It supports multiple languages with a language switcher, search-engine friendly URLs, an automatic sitemap, custom meta titles, and a built-in cookie consent banner for GDPR.
3:02 The Jobseeker Panel
Part two: the jobseeker panel. A clean personal dashboard that keeps candidates coming back. After logging in, the candidate sees a personal dashboard: how many applications, documents, alerts and messages they have, the status of their latest applications, and shortcuts to the most common actions.
Candidates build a professional online resume with a visual editor. Work experience, education, skills, languages and interests, all in one place, and AI can write the summary and job duties for them. Employers can then find these resumes in the CV database.
Candidates see every job they applied to, whether it is pending or approved, and read the employer's reply. A private message inbox lets them talk directly with employers, without leaving your site. They can store several documents and choose a primary resume, add a video presentation to stand out, and save job alerts so they never miss a matching opportunity.
Detailed job preferences, preferred categories and locations, and a public or private profile switch. You can even add your own custom profile fields from the admin panel.
4:15 The Employer Panel
Part three: the employer panel. This is where your paying customers live. Employers land on a dashboard that shows their active jobs, total applications, and unread messages, with a big button to post a new job.
Posting a job is simple. The built-in AI assistant turns a few quick notes into a polished job description. Employers can add salary, categories, location, a PDF, custom screening questions, or post anonymously.
Employers manage all their ads in one list: edit, renew, make featured, or delete. Applications are sorted into pending, approved and rejected, and every applicant gets a response with one click. The CV database lets employers search every public resume by keyword, category, location, education and experience.
And for you, the site owner, it is another feature you can monetize. Jobs Portal is built to earn. Employers buy job packages, subscriptions or credits.
They can also purchase banner placements in the areas you define. Pending payments are approved from your admin panel, and invoices are generated automatically. Larger companies can create sub-accounts for their recruiting team and decide exactly which pages each person can access.
Job ads can be imported and exported as CSV files, and every company has a branded profile with a logo, gallery and video presentation.
5:45 The Admin Panel
Part four: the admin panel. This is your control room. The dashboard shows the health of your job board: active jobs, registered jobseekers and employers, a traffic graph and the latest activity.
A built-in search takes you to any tool instantly. Manage every job on the site: edit, activate, renew, mark as featured, export, or post jobs on behalf of employers. You can also see every application across the platform.
Full user management for employers and jobseekers. Edit profiles, reset passwords, give credits, assign packages, feature companies, or add users manually. Configure how your marketplace works: require approval for new jobs and employers, set how long jobs stay online, give new employers free jobs to try the service, and switch on captcha and email validation to keep spam away.
Shape the platform for your niche. Edit unlimited multi-level categories and locations in every language, and add your own custom fields to jobs, employers and jobseekers. Choose how you charge: free site, packages, subscriptions or credits.
Define your packages, create discount coupons, approve payments, and download invoices with your own numbering and VAT settings. Jobs Portal includes a complete content management system. Build your menu with drag and drop, create pages in every language, publish news articles, and manage your website template, logo and favicon.
Built-in analytics show your traffic trends, top pages, referral sources, devices and browsers, plus a live activity log that shows who is on your site right now. Add team members with admin groups and decide page by page what each person can do. And fill your site with content from day one by connecting external job feeds.
Add new languages, enable the GDPR cookie banner and data-processing page, and create backups of your database with one click.
