Troubleshooting
Most problems come from a handful of causes. Find your symptom below.
E-mails are not arriving
Configure SMTP and send a test in E-mail settings. Check spam folders, and set SPF and DKIM for your domain.
Images cannot be uploaded or settings cannot be saved
The folders uploads/, thumbnails/, uploaded_images/, languages/, categories/ and locations/ must be writable. Also check PHP's upload_max_filesize and that the gd extension is installed. A blogger may have reached the storage limit of their plan.
Pages or blogs show "not found"
Make sure Apache's mod_rewrite is enabled and .htaccess is allowed (AllowOverride All). On Nginx add the equivalent rewrite rules. For subdomains check the wildcard DNS record and the root domain setting (Blog addresses).
AI does not answer
Use Test connection in AI settings. Check the key, API address and model name, and that your hosting allows outgoing HTTPS connections (the curl extension). The blogger may have no AI credits left.
A payment did not activate the plan
For Stripe verify the webhook address, the event checkout.session.completed and the signing secret. For PayPal check Client ID and Secret and the sandbox switch. For bank transfers approve the payment in Transactions. You can also set the plan manually in Edit blogger.
A custom domain stays "pending DNS"
The DNS record must point to the platform: a CNAME to the main host or an A record to the server IP. DNS changes can take hours. Remove an old record that conflicts.
New members cannot activate
Activation e-mails depend on e-mail settings. As a workaround set the account active in Edit blogger.
