Reviews and favorites
Reviews build trust and favorites bring visitors back. Both are built in and work for registered users.
Reviews
- A logged-in user can write one review per car: a rating from 1 to 5 stars and a comment.
- The average rating and the number of reviews are shown on the car card, in search results and on the car page.
- By default new reviews wait for approval. Change this with New reviews need approval in General settings.
- Approve, hide or delete reviews in Moderating reviews. Ratings update automatically.
Favorites
- The heart on a car card or car page saves the car to the user's favorites.
- Guests who click the heart are taken to the login page first.
- Saved cars are listed in My account → Favorites (My bookings, favorites and profile).
