Booking requests and messages
Requests for the user's cars arrive in Booking requests. Pending requests are listed first and a badge in the menu shows how many are waiting.
Booking requests
Each row shows the car, the customer (name, e-mail, phone), the dates and pick-up time, the total and the status.
- Confirm accepts the request. The customer receives a confirmation e-mail.
- Reject declines it (after a confirmation). The customer is informed by e-mail.
- Mark completed appears after the return date of a confirmed booking.
Pending requests already block the dates for other customers. Answer them quickly to avoid losing bookings.
Messages
Visitors can use the Contact the owner form on the car page. The message is stored here and sent to the owner by e-mail. Use Reply to open your mail program, the check icon to mark as read and the trash to delete.
