Changing the design
Styles live in CSS files, not inline, so you can override them. Edit the template stylesheet or add your own file. Choose and duplicate templates as described in Templates.
Adding a language
Copy languages/en.php and translate it. See Languages and SEO.
Upgrade-safe changes
Keep custom work in your own template folder and language files so updates do not overwrite it.
