The result updates instantly and shows the monthly payment, the loan amount, the total interest and the total cost.
Where it appears
- On every sale property page, prefilled with the listing price.
- As a stand-alone page linked from the footer menu.
Configuration
Turn it on or off with Enable mortgage calculator in Listing options. The default interest rate and term can be changed in the same section. Calculations run in the browser, so they are fast and nothing is stored.
The calculator is informational. You may add a disclaimer in Interface Texts.
