Write hotel room descriptions with AI
Type a few key notes, click the AI button and get a polished, search friendly description in seconds. This works for rooms, properties, offers and review replies.
Many owners are not writers, and an empty or poor description costs bookings. The script includes an AI assistant that writes the descriptions of rooms and properties from a few words. It works with Groq, DeepSeek, OpenAI (ChatGPT) or any service with an OpenAI compatible API, that you choose in AI settings.
Write a room description with AI
- Open Rooms and prices → Add a room (or edit a room).
- Type the room name, for example Superior double room with balcony.
- In the blue strip type a few key notes:
sea view, king bed, 32 m2, balcony, quiet. - Press Generate with AI.
- After a few seconds the description appears in the field: two short paragraphs and a bullet list of the highlights, in clean HTML.
- Read it, correct whatever you want and save the room.
The AI is told to use only the facts that you give and the facilities that you selected, and not to invent amenities.
Write the property description with AI
In My property → Property details there are two buttons: AI short text creates the one or two sentence summary shown on the cards, and AI full description creates the long text with an introduction, The rooms, Location and surroundings and Good to know. The AI also knows the name, the location and the facilities of the property.

Language of the generated text
The notes can be written in any language. The generated text is in the language of the panel (English by default).
Good to know
- The AI buttons only appear when you have entered an API key and the feature is switched on.
- You can switch each AI feature on or off separately (rooms, properties, replies, content).
- To prevent abuse each logged-in user can make up to 40 AI requests per hour.
- The generated HTML is cleaned: only simple tags such as paragraphs, lists and bold text are kept.
The better the notes, the better the text. "Sea view, king bed, balcony, rain shower, breakfast on the terrace" gives a much more specific description than "nice room".
