AI Writing Assistant for Event Descriptions

The AI writing assistant removes the blank page. Enter the title and a few notes and it drafts professional texts you can edit and publish.

Using the assistant

  1. Open the event form (New event) and type the title. Choose the category and, if you know them, the city and start time.
  2. In the purple AI box write a few notes: line-up, highlights, who it is for, the tone you want.
  3. Press one of the buttons. The text is inserted into the form, or shown below the box.
  4. Read the result, correct names, times and facts, and save.

The five buttons

ButtonResult
Write descriptionA complete HTML description with introduction, what to expect, who should attend and a call to action. It fills the description editor.
Short teaserOne punchy sentence (up to 160 characters) for the short description field.
Suggest tagsSix to eight search tags for the tags field.
Title ideasFive alternative titles. Click one to use it.
Social media postA short post with emojis and hashtags to copy to Facebook, Instagram or X.

The more concrete your notes are, the better the text. Mention real names, the venue atmosphere and what is included in the ticket. The AI is told not to invent prices, dates or names.

Always review

AI texts are drafts. Check that every fact is correct before you publish.

If the buttons show an error

  • The AI API key is not configured: the site owner has to add the key in AI settings.
  • AI features are disabled: the administrator switched the writing assistant off.
  • An error message from the provider (for example a wrong key or no credit) is displayed as it is, which helps to find the cause.

The AI box is hidden completely when AI is disabled in the settings.
