Organizer Profiles and Following
Each registered organizer has a public page that presents the company and lists all of its upcoming events. It builds trust and lets fans follow the organizer.
What the profile shows
- Logo (or the first letter of the name), company name and a blue verified badge when the administrator verified the organizer
- Description, location, website and the number of followers
- All upcoming events of the organizer as cards
The list of all organizers is the menu item Organizers. Cards are sorted by the number of upcoming events.
Following an organizer
Logged in attendees see a Follow button. Followed organizers appear in the attendee panel under Following, and the cron job e-mails followers when the organizer publishes a new event. Visitors who are not logged in are taken to the login page first.
Who edits the profile
Organizers edit their own profile and logo in the organizer panel (see Organizer profile and logo). The administrator can edit any profile and set the verified badge in Users → Organizers.
