Listing plans, subscriptions and bank transfers
Plans are the monthly (or any period) products you sell to restaurants. They are used in charging mode 1, and optionally in modes 2 and 3.
Create plans

Payments → Packages lists your plans. Each plan has:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Name and description | Shown to the restaurant. One feature per line in the description becomes a bullet list. |
| Price | In your marketplace currency. |
| Duration (days) | 30 for monthly, 365 for yearly. |
| Max menu items | Limit of dishes; 0 means unlimited. |
| Featured | Restaurants on this plan are shown first and get a badge. |
| Sort order and active | Order on the price list and on/off switch. |
The installer creates three examples: Starter, Professional and Featured.
Trial
In Payment settings → Subscriptions and currency set Free trial (days). New restaurants get that many days of free listing; 0 means no trial. Make sure the currency code (USD, EUR, GBP...) is correct.
Subscriptions
Payments → Subscriptions shows every owner with the current plan and the end date, so you see who is about to expire. You can also set a plan manually in Users → Restaurant owners.
Bank transfers
Enable Restaurants can pay their subscription by bank transfer in the payment settings and write your bank details. When an owner chooses a plan and "Bank transfer", the request waits in Payments → Approve payments. After the money arrives press approve ("Did you receive this bank transfer?") and the plan is activated.
Archive
Payments → Payments archive keeps the history of all subscription payments with method, status and reference.
When subscriptions are required, a restaurant whose plan expired is hidden from the website and cannot receive orders.
