Customer reviews and replies
Replying to reviews shows future guests that the restaurant cares. Reviews → Customer reviews lists every review of your restaurant.
Reply to a review
- Read the review: stars, title, text and customer name.
- Type your answer in the Your reply box, or press Suggest a reply with AI to get a polite draft.
- Edit the draft and press Save reply.
The reply appears under the review on the restaurant page as Reply from the restaurant.
Owners cannot delete or edit customer reviews. Reviews are moderated by the marketplace administrator in Restaurants → Reviews.
