Statistics and backups
Numbers tell you where to put your effort. The Statistics menu has two reports.
Traffic reports
Statistics → Traffic reports shows visits and unique visitors per day. Choose the last 7, 30 or 90 days. Use it to see the effect of your blog posts and advertising.
Sales report
Statistics → Sales report summarises orders, sales and your commission month by month, together with subscription income, the split between payment methods (cash, card, PayPal) and between delivery and pickup.
Backups
Open Settings → Backups and press Download backup. You receive one SQL file with all tables of the marketplace (restaurants, menus, orders, users, settings). Restore it with phpMyAdmin or the mysql command.
Download a backup before every update and regularly in production. Also keep a copy of the uploaded_images folder, because photos are not part of the SQL file.
